It  designed to provide humanitarian aid to victims of war, closures, curfews, natural disasters, and extreme military measures against the endangered population.  In the aftermath of many of the violent events and crises in the World , an increasing need for safety and support has grown out of the catastrophes.

AHA developed the Emergency Relief Fund to heal some of the damage and restore the sanctity of peoples  life. During disasters like mass bombings, famine, on-going closures, and curfews, the people require extreme care and humanitarian aid. Everyday items, like food, water, and clothing, are essential to the lives of those devastated and displaced by terrible conditions.  When an event brutally touches the lives of a people, it can send shockwaves.
AHA  knows that when terror strikes, irreparable harm is done. This is why, in answer to horrors like the Kashmir or Jaffna  Massacre and many of the violent armed conflict,
AHA has prepared packages and funding to quell the pain and heal the wounds.

In the harshest of winters, the people need warmth and sustenance; in the most oppressive conditions, families need to know that they will be able to survive. This is why Emergency Relief helps, and why it is dedicated to enhancing and sustaining the lives of the  people. Disaster, after all, is something that happens too often.
