Tri-County Head Start unites a diverse group of children and families, Head Start staff and community partners in a mutually supportive way to:

Create a high quality comprehensive family development program which maximizes family strengths and self-sufficiency

Support and encourage empowered family involvement in the Head Start program and the community

Provide a developmentally appropriate and culturally relevany early childhood program which recognizes families as the primary educators of their children

Maintain an environment that promotes personal growth and the development of the highest potential for each individual.
