(At the movies with Liz, AJ, Sandra, and Matt)
AJ: (cell phone vibrates) Whoa!
Liz: (whispers to AJ) What’s wrong?
AJ: Just my cell phone…I’ll be right back. (Gives Liz a kiss and gets up and walks out of the theater)
Liz: Ok.
Sandra: (leans over to Liz) Everything ok?
Liz: Yea…he’s answering his cell phone.
Sandra: He is obsessed with having a cell phone with him at all times. He needs help.
Liz: He has it in case of emergencies.
AJ: (comes back with a worried look on his face) We have to go.
Sandra: What? Why?
Liz: AJ, sweetie, what’s wrong?
AJ: Kayla is in the hospital…something happened to her.
Matt: Come on…let’s go.
(The four of them leave the theater, go out to the car, and get in)
Liz: I hope everything is ok.
Matt: Which hospital are they at?
AJ: Orlando Valley.
Sandra: Oh my god!
Matt: What is it?
Sandra: I just had the scariest thought.
Liz: What?
Sandra: Remember we passed all those police cars and ambulances near the Hallmark store.
Liz: You aren’t thinking…
Sandra: I hope not.
(At the hospital…everyone is arriving. Kevin and Kayla’s family are sitting in the ER waiting room trying to find out what has happened. Brian, Alexa, and Nick arrive soon after)
Brian: Have you heard anything yet?
Charlie: No one will talk to us.
Kevin: (pacing) No one will tell us anything.
Brian: (walks over to his cousin) Relax man. I’ll see what I can find out. (Leaves to go find a doctor)
Alexa: We called everyone Kevin. AJ, Liz, and Sandra are on their way and Howie said he would be here as soon as he can.
Kevin: Thanks Alexa.
Nick: Kevin did they say anything about Elena?
Kevin: No they only said that Kayla was hurt and that I should get down here right away. (Sits down)
Carol: Was Elena with Kayla?
Alexa: The last I knew Elena was driving Kayla home.
