Chapter 4
(On AJ’s deck)
Howie: (look of disgust on face) Nsync boys?
AJ: She’s just doing it because she knows we’re watching
Howie: But those nsync boys?
AJ: Nick, help me out here.  Nick?  Nick?  Hello, earth to Carter!
Nick: (looks around) Huh?
Brian: (comes walking in) Spacing out again Carter?
Kevin: What is going on over there? (Points to Taylor and Reagan’s back yard)
Nick: (turns around) Well, at exactly 11AM, Taylor and Reagan went to hang out at their pool. I guess we were watching them and they knew it, so Taylor goes to the diving board and starts saying how much she loves those nsync boys, while our cd is blaring. She starts singing and acting all crazy, then she goes over to Reagan, and now they are both doing it.  But not like I was really paying attention or anything.
Leighanne: Oh yea Nicky.
Kristen: Why don’t you just invite them over?
AJ: I did, they said they wanted to have a “girls day in,” No boys allowed according to Taylor.
(Leighanne and Kristen look at each other)
Leighanne: We’ll be right back. (Kisses Brian on the cheek)
Kristen: Yea, behave while we’re gone. (Kisses Kevin)
(Leighanne and Kristen both start walking through the house to leave when they bump into Amanda)
Amanda: Where you guys going?
Leighanne: We are going to go introduce ourselves to your new neighbors.
Amanda: Oh.
Kristen: Yea, come on, it will be fun. (Takes Amanda’s hand and they leave)
Kevin: You know they’re going over there right?
Nick: How do you know?
Brian: (points to Leighanne, Kristen and Amanda walking over) That’s how.
Howie: Fine, we don’t need no stinking women.  We can have a “boys day” or something.
AJ: (gets up and pats Howie on the back) Great Howie.
(Back with Taylor and Reagan)
Taylor: GET ANOTHER BOYFRIEND!
Reagan: You are a sad, strange woman you know that?
Taylor: Uh hunk!
Leighanne: Excuse us.
(Taylor and Reagan turn around. Reagan goes over and turns the CD player off.)
Leighanne: Hi, I’m Leighanne, this is Kristen and Amanda.  We just wanted to know if you would mind if we joined you guys.
Taylor: The more the merrier.
Amanda: Great.
Reagan: Hi, I’m Reagan, and this is Taylor.
Kristen: So you guys are really big fans huh?
Taylor: Oh yea we are.
Leighanne: The boys were really impressed with your…umm…rendition of their songs.
Taylor: That’s what they get for staring at us.
Reagan: You will have to excuse my friend here.
Kristen: No no, it’s great to know that not all girls will put up with their crap.
Reagan: Do you guys want to come inside?
Leighanne: Sure.
Kristen: Why not?
Amanda: I kind of have to get back to the house.  Can’t leave the boys unsupervised.
Taylor: Oh come on, they’re big boys, they can handle it.
Amanda: (sigh) I guess I can stay for a little bit.
Taylor: Great. (Puts her arm around Amanda and they walk inside)
(Back with the guys)
Nick: What are they doing?
Kevin: Looks like they are going inside…which is where we should go. Come on guys, time to get to work.
Howie: But…but…
Brain: The girls will fill us in on what happened when they get back.
Nick: (huffs) Fine.
(The guys go inside)
