There have been people in my life that at the most appropriate moment, have given me the one thing that I needed most. Often, it was not what I wanted. I have always been in awe of these individuals. From where did this insight come? How did they know what I needed and when? Then it happened to me. Clarity. It came not as a bolt from the blue, or from a chorus of angels, or a burning bush. I was not struck dumb, nor did my life fill with miracle revelations.
During one of my most difficult moments, when it seemed that all was lost, I began to see things clearly. I had become willing to accept truth. I began to expend great effort searching within. Having accepted truths about myself, and the Universe around me, I was at last able to recognize new truths and learn more about others and myself. I could bring order to my life.
Some have always had the gift of Clarity. Some acquire it as I did after a major trauma or event in their lives. A few are able to learn by example. Still others never seem to know how to do the next right thing. To all these souls I am truly joined, for I have experienced both the clear vision of truth and the blindness that comes with self-importance. I have learned that one does not need any certificate or degree to seek or find truth. I have found that the only requirement is a willingness to be honest
What follows is the truth as I have come to believe. In an attempt for some semblance of continuity I use the name God for what I have come to know as the Supreme Being, the Creator, because there is none other that I have found comfortable in it's place. You might use the name Allah, Jesus, Buddha, or anything else as suits your beliefs.
