A Witch Alone by Marion Green - An excellent book that fully details how a person alone can practice the Way of Wicca.  This is a must read.  Very helpful.

The Wiccan Path: A Guide for the Solitary Practioner by Rae Beth formerly titled "Hedge Witch". I love this book because it is lovingly set up as letters between the teacher and two women who desire to become witches.  Excellent for solitaries.

Positive Magic: Occult Self-Help by Marion Weinstein.  One of the first books I ever owned.  Goes into detail Wiccan history, ethics, and the basics.  Very valuable.

Power of the Witch, by Laurie Cabot - A great book for those who want a solid foundation of Witchcraft and it's practices.  Anything by her is a good read.
Drawing Down the Moon: Witches, Druids, Goddess-Worshippers, and Other Pagans in America Today  by Margot AdlerA classic work in the pagan community. Definately must be read by all who want a solid foundation in the craft.
The Spiral Dance: A Rebirth of the Ancient Religion of the Great Goddess by Starhawk.  Many have come to the craft and many covens have been started as a result of Starhawks' efforts.  This is also a classical work.
