Cornbread Cake

Ingredients:
1/2 stick of butter
2 or 3 boxes Jiffy corn muffin mix
Eggs (2 eggs for each box)
1/2 cup light brown sugar
1/4 cup molasses or honey
1 tablespoon vanilla

Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
Take the 1/2 stick of butter and put it in a cast iron skillet, put in oven to get hot.
Mix remaining ingredients. Pour into hot pan. Return to oven. Bake about 35 minutes. Let stand 15 minutes. Flip onto plate.

Serving suggestions: Top with applesauce, apple butter, fresh berries & whipped cream.
