Microwave on high for 15 minutes. Mix well and pour into one 9x13 inch baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 35 to 45 minutes ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ CRANBERRY BREAD (2 loaves) 3 cups cranberries 1 2/3 cups sugar 2/3 cups oil 1/2 cup milk 2 teaspoons vanilla 2 teaspoons orange zest 4 eggs 3 cups flour 2 teaspoons baking soda 1 teaspoon salt 1/2 teaspoon baking powder 1/2 cup nuts, coarsely chopped Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix cranberries, sugar, oil, milk, vanilla, orange zest, and eggs in a bowl. Stir in remaining ingredients. Pour into 2 greased loaf pans, and bake 50 to 60 minutes. Cool completely before slicing. |
