Nancy: In Monster in the Garage, you had 3 different roles. How were you able to manage that? Kimberly: Monster in the Garage was a lot of fun to make; Joe Sherlock is a lot of fun to work with and for. I played an alien dancer, an alien commander and a space vampire in the space bar that attacks some patrons in the bar and starts a brawl, it was so much fun to do. It was really easy as well. Nancy: What upcoming movies will we be seeing you in? Kimberly: Look out for DEAD CLOWNS - READY TO RAMPAGE which is out in the U.K. and Germany and will be out in the U.S. in a about a month. I had a cameo appearance that I directed and filmed with my own crew for Ted V. Mikels Mark of the Astro-Zombies, which is now on DVD and VHS this, is the remake or re-imaging of the1968 CLASSIC film. I am also going to have the honor of co-starring if I may be allowed to say that with the QUEEN OF ALL SCREAM QUEENS the lovely living legend BRINKE STEVENS in THE HOUSE OF SHADOWS in New Orleans in March, this film was written by Kalila Smith who is a well known and respected Horror Writer and historian in New Orleans. I am hoping to be working with the multi talented and lovely actress Ryli Morgan and Director/ writer Mark Baronowski on their upcoming feature film TWILIGHTS PARASITES and I will also be appearing at CREEPSHOW con, which is actress/writer and Director Amy Lynn Best and Mike Watt's convention. In the meantime I will continue working on SCREAM FARM, which is my unique new horror attraction for charity at my own home. Seven Acres of Terror and Screams! We have some of the most up-to-date and expensive animatronics in the business from the masters themselves SCAREFACTORY in Ohio. I am about to write an article detailing our haunted attraction's thrills for HAUNTED ATTRACTION MAGAZINE so look for that in the coming months. I am also working on my own horror shorts for an anthology called VISIONS OF TERROR. We shot footage for the second short in October and it’s almost done, its called SCREAM FARM of course. *giggles* Nancy: You are one busy woman! So what’s been your favorite role so far? Kimberly: My favorite role, thats another tough one I have loved all of my roles but I have to say that the role of Helen in ODD NOGGINS which has become a classic in its own right is always going to be my favorite I think, I also did the opening scenes as Mirricalla my VELVET VAMPYRESS character. It was great fun, I guarantee you! You have NEVER seen anything like this film, its hilarous! Nancy: Whom would you like to work with again? Kimberly: I want to work with a lot of people, of course Brinke Stevens and I would love to work with Gunnar Hansen, Linnea Quigley, but whom would I love to work with again? Brinke Stevens, she is just such a lovely person, inside and out, she glows and is an inspiration!!!! Brinke is a Goddess! I love working with my son on films, he is so bright and remembers lines better than I do.giggles. There is an up and coming actor named Luc Bernier, he will be in my short SCREAM FARM as one of my hapless victims, he is a great actor I would love to have the chance to work with more. Nancy: What director(s) and actor/actresses would you like to work with in the future? Kimberly: As far as Directors and Actors and Actresses, I want to work with the two most amazing dynamic duos Ryli Morgan and Mark Baronowski and Amy Lynn Best and Mike Watt, hopefully soon. They are all amazing talents. I hope I have the HONOR to work with them. Nancy: Amy Lynn and Mike are great! Who do you consider your idols in the horror industry? Kimberly: Oh Gosh I think I have already named them, I have to say that Brinke is My absolute hero!!! Getting to be on set with her was an honor, everyone should get to see her in action, and she is magical. I also love Gunnar Hansen whom I have met at a convention and have photos with and he is a sweet teddy bear of a guy and I want to meet Robert Englund. Nancy: I’d love to meet Robert Englund as well! Is there a part or role you’d really love to play? Kimberly: A role I would love to play, gosh I want to be a scream queen that is at the head of her game and really in charge of things, strong and sure of herself and then gets stalked by a fan or a maniac and it almost destroys her before she is able to come back and take charge and get the stalker! I also want to do more zombie films! I love zombies! There is nothing scarier than a rotting animated corpse coming after you to eat you! Been there done that. *grin.* But on a much smaller scale. |
