Spiral burek
Spiral burek is made with same recipe used in the ordinary burek except in the filling it is better to add with carrots instead of the parsely and eggs
Follow the same steps in making the dough as in burek until you spread the dough on the bedsheet and leave it to dry for ten minutes, and make the minced meat and add grated carrots to the filling.

-Cut each circle into four sections,put a thin row of the filling at the larger side of the sector and wrap until you have a long tube.
-Line a pan with ghee and start putting the tubes in a spiral manner tarting from the outer side of the pan, until you finish filling the whole pan.
-Beat an egg and brush over the burek and brush the rest of the ghee on top.
-Put in the oven to bake until golden.
-Serve hot.
