The Drama Department at our school may be small, but it can do great things. We are finishing up our run of 'Once Upon A Mattress', and soon will be having a Cabaret of sorts with the theme of "Creatures of the Night".
In years past we have done such shows as 'Fame', 'Grease', 'Little Shop of Horrors' as well as many drama class productions.
The drama department has a history of being neglected by not only our school and the administrators, but the whole city of New Haven. As a result, we find ourselves trying ever so much harder to prove to everyone that we, the drama club, can put on a better show then our sports teams.
The Drama Department is run by Mrs. Andrea Sadick-Brown, who has acted professionally for over 20 years. She is our teacher, friend, and inspiration for everything. Without her, we'd be lost. |
