Terms of Sale:

Every effort will be made to ensure your items are delivery within 14 business days. Items will be shipped when payment has cleared PayPal.com. Emails will be sent to comfirm order and again when shipped.

Refund Policy:

If you need to return an item, please email Mary Heather Hannah for a return authorization. Credit processing may be delayed if proper authorization is not included with return. Merchandise returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

When you email Mary Heather Hannah have on hand the date of purchase, invoice number and the reason you wish to return item. All request for return must be made within 2 weeks of purchase.

Once approved, you will be given a return authorization number to put on the outside of the box to ensure your account is credited properly and promptly. All returns must be prepaid.

If the item is defective or was shipped in error by Mary Heather Hannah, your account will be credited for the return postage.

Altered, discontinued or custom-made items are not returnable.
