A construction worker had been suffering from terrible constipation and so he went to see the doctor. He explained his problem and the doctor asked him to drop his pants and lean over the table.
The doctor inspected the workmans behind and nodded to himself as he picked up a baseball bat and hit him as hard as he could across the arse...CRACK!!
"Okay," said the doctor, "the toilet is throught that door. Go and shit!"
When he came back out the workman could not thank the doctor enough. "But doctor," he asked, "is there anything that i can do to avoid this happening again?"
"Yes!" replied the doc, "Don't wipe your arse with cement sacks!!"
