Wil Ripley The new CD(s) is / are coming along, slowly but surely. Stay tuned. That's me in my natural habitat. I am a Singer - Songwriter, Musician, Writer, Poet and I work some in Radio. A retired soldier now living in the mountains between Frankfurt and Fulda, Germany, I now have time to work my crafts. I lived in the city of Frankfurt for many years. I like the town. Life in the country suits me better. "Playing guitar since 1967 he is a seasoned veteran of the stage. A songwriter since 1973 he has crossed genres in his material and yet remained true to himself. When I asked him where his ideas for his songs come from he simply said, 'I don't write these things. They visit me in the night. I just take notes.' © Azizi Adler, 2003 In my life, if I had to guess, I have probably written somewhere between 400 and 500 songs. Some I lost along the way, (always lose the trash), some I just don't like anymore and chose to forget. The estimate is as accurate as I can get. More on what I am doing in Music there. In the mix of writings I also have 3 books, one of which I consider truly complete, two I question, and there are a 4th and a 5th Writings in the works. Poetry is a different animal. I've shared some at that link. And one of the most fun things I do is some work in Radio. I prefer FM Classic Rock and featuring my friends and honest, good songwriters on my broadcasts.
