Pistons #2 and #3 are out, block is coming out to be honed and checked. I'm also having the head pressure tested, the trans will be removed, the whine in 5th gear fixed and a new release bearing put in. I'm going hunting for an 88 TBI roller cam tommorow, The turbo is in being repaired. We've insured the K-car,(gotta have something to drive while the Om is off the road). While at the wreckers, I'll see about an oil cooler (off of a VW) and possibly an early G-cast head. Added to the site, Crazy ideas of mine can be seen now!! |

Okay guys, Lots of stuff happening. I just got everything off and the head is being pulled on the omni tommorow. I'm going to fix the broken rings and cracked piston. I'm also taking this as an oppurtunity to do some of the mods and changes I've had on the backburner for a while now.

THE HKS EVC IV is installed. what a beautiful system. I'd suggest it to anyone who can afford it. Incredible gains to be found!! the Solid strut is on. I also have the performance computer. should be intersting to see what else happens over the holidays.. Merry Christmas everyone!! |

We Bought the FWD perfromace 16psi 3 bar map computer, a solid rear bobble strut from steve anders on the SDML and off of ebay, one of the very nice HKS electronic boost control systmes.. no more fidling for hourse trying to get the graigner perfect. My b-day is in 2 days!! |

Let;s make a quick revison here.. I have an 87 reliant. I was given it. I'm not sure If I'll turbo it now or not. I'm low on cash and funds.. so it'll be a spring time project. Maybe I'll sell the K and with the money I have saved up I'll buy a shadow or Lancer. Or maybe I'll continue with project special k... anyone have any opinions? |

The Omni being run on the 13th never happened.. The car ate the intermediate shaft and oil pump gears!! so it spent a week in the garage. It did however give us the opportunity to degree in the cam and now the car runs incredibly smoother! We also purchased another vehicle. a Very nice 96 Jeep gran cheerokee! Today we did away with the huge cold air intake. I mounted a K&N filter right onto the compressor housing! Much more room under the hood now! We have also ordered an adjustable zener diode from Dave St. Louis. and a solid rear bobble strutfrom one of the other sdml guys |

Howdi all. Damn been one busy school year start off. I've been trying to get the grades and what not. made a trip with the car club to Mission for some racing.. Didn't bring the om for that one.. got to watch the dart run 13.7 with the new 360.. damn fine for a first time run. we go racing again on the 13th of Oct.. The mighty Onmi will be out for that one. She'll get her first try at the 1/4.. gonna let my Pa or Anderson run it.. I'm too freaked that I'll break something. Hoping to run low 14's high 13's.. wish it would run into the 12's.. lol. well thats all for now.. |

Well, The throttle body is on, the car pulls a little bit harder, but the gas mileage sucks the big one. I fixed up my personal part of the site. I'm also looking around to buy a Spirit R/T. if you have one or know of one for sale E-mail me |

I put a 2.5L turbo I SMEC in the car. it cured all my idle and decelration problems. I picked up a 52mm TB and waitin to port the manifol for it. I'm also saving up for a shadow or CSX project which I hope to have ready for SDAC 11 |

My trip up to kamloops in the Omni went well. Not a single problem. It loves highway driving. In kamloops I saw this very nice little convertible turbo shadow. obviously only a 2.5L but it had all the optioins and a 5spd and a very nice sounding exhaust. hmmm.,.. I want a shadow now....... |

Finally have the HKS blow off valve working properly. I've done a lot of updating to the site. completely revamped it, and made it much easier to access everything. I'm trying to get some pictures of my friends cars in this beautiful weather we've been having. I'm also trying to get a readers rides page together, so everybody can show off there incredible cars. Hmm... maybe I need to get workin on the car again...

I've been real busy the past couple weeks. The HKS blow off valve is on, the +20% injectors are back in and I replaced the aging speakers in the car. Still looking for a ported intake manifold. I'm also in need of a 2.5L turbo I stock SMEC. maybe that'll fix my fuel problems!! |

The HKS Super Sequential blow off valve showed up yesterday, what a beautiful piece of metal. I also have a 52 mm throttle body and looking for a ported intkae manifold to go with it. Then I swapped back to the stock injectors and unhooked the bleed. The car would pull like mad at 1/4 throttle but wouldn't do anything at WOT. Now it (with stock injectors no bleed) pulls consistantly the whole way through. It still feels like it could go faster. |
