| Windscape is a small Kennel Located in a small Rural Community of Molalla in Northwestern Oregon in farming country. I grew up living my young years with my grandparents on their farm in Molalla Oregon. I remember grandma coming home one day with a little black puppy with no tail for me. I do believe this was my first aussie. Her name was Queenie and as we both grew older, I would spend the week in Portland with my mother and Queenie would lay on the milk stand and wait for me to come. I had other breeds of dogs growing up in town and after I married, I moved to Molalla in 1973. I bought a little Black tri female from Leslie Sharp. Her name was Sharp's Maggie, she was out the #2 ASCA Champion of record CH SHARP'S RAGNAR and MISTRETTA PANDA BEAR From then on it was all uphill. |
| I spent 12 years serving on the Australian Shepherd Club of America (ASCA) Board of Directors.The Board work since I was appointed to it, has evolved over the years from all the work done by the US PostOffice (Snail Mail), then we got Fax Machines, then Computers. The work for the Board is Much Easier now with the Age of Computers. Looking Back, I have enjoyed the time I spent on the ASCA Board and have some Very Special Friends because of my time of Service. |
