'We hear some distant heartbeat ... A heatbeat pulsing low'

Covens are not an easy thing to maintain. They require dedication, planning, and magick to operate. There is a certain rhythm one must fall into to find their place in the web of mysteries that is a Coven ~ 'Witch and Fae' is no exception.

Wicca is a religion of magick, ritual, and love. When you combine numerous people whom hold these things sacred, wonderful things begin to happen. Friends and family form among people of all walks of life, and one might forget that we live in a world of often chaotic times.

It was a big step to entwine two groups of magickal people, Faeries and Witches, into one group. And it wasn't until the Coven's second incarnation that this decision was made.

'Witch and Fae' started out as a study group which was coined 'Mystic Moon'. When large amounts of people started showing up at the meetings, Willow and Bella (current High Priest and Priestess) changed the study's group format to that of a Coven. The congregation continued to be faithful and the Coven ran smoothly for two years.  But all things live a life, and Mystic Moon faded into cherished memories in the late Spring of 2002.

But neither Bella nor Willow would have it. So they quickly set about to restructure the Coven and make it more 'user friendly'. The Coven, in their eyes, was going to be a magickal place ... a place that beckoned you back for more enchantement.

So, maybe it was because Willow considered himself of the Fae ... or maybe because Bella was definately interested in brining out the 'Kitchen Witch' appeal ...  'Witch and Fae' was born. Joining and communing in the Goddess and God...
