What are they?
They are skinz for your web browser (best with IE 4+ and NetScape 4.08+)
which allow you to customize the look of you browser. For more information about how Hotbar works,
go here and download the necessary software.
The hotbar software must be downloaded in order for you to utilise the skinz available at this site.

Once the necessary software is in place,
all you have to do is click on the Hotbar skin of your choice to apply it.
This will automatically change your skin as well as add it to your personal collection.
