English 405: Advanced Technical Writing

Welcome to my 405 homepage!  This site features personal information that  you might like to know about me.  I also have a 309 homepage that you can check out.  Both of these websites are supposed to be used to tell a little something about myself and to post course work on.  I had a hard time coming up with interesting information to put online that I thought someone might actually take the time to read, but I gave it my best try.  I'll first begin by telling you a little bit about myself. 

I am currently a senior at the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire, planning to graduate in May 2003.  What's going to happen after graduation?  Who knows.  I have not yet started job hunting because I am planning to move out of state after graduation.  To what state and when?  I don't know.  It all depends on where my boyfriend of five years gets stationed for the army (We're hoping for Colorado). 

I know you are wondering what else I do besides go to school.  Well, to be frank, nothing right now.  Homework, classes, and projects are basically taking up all of my free time, although I am able to squeeze in a few hours at work and at the gym. 

Life is pretty mundane right now, but it was at one time exciting.  I used to attend concerts, go to the bar, and travel.  I don't have the time or the money to do these things anymore.  Oh boy, do I ever miss the fun life.  I only have one year left at UWEC, so I just keep telling myself to hang in there.  Maybe I should put a therapy section on this site.
