| MESSAGE FROM ATLANTIS
This is the other myth told many times, although there is a lack of undisputed evidence of any kind. There is a lot of questions raised concerning Egyptian similarities to this ancient myth. The first that comes to my mind, is the combining of animals and man. According to some myths, this is why Atlantis was destroyed, because of genetic experiments of mixing man with animals. Unlike the typical man beast mix created by the gods, during their warring period on earth, when they mixed with mortals. These were as to evolve lesser animals to higher intelligents. Like the Egyptian drawings, of human bodies with animal heads. This is the similarity I refer to, and the only other place I can find this way of thought. I have already expressed myself, as to how alien the ancient Egyptians seem to me. And how out of place, I believe the Giza plateau to be. Here are some facts to consider about the great pyramids of Giza. Science says, these great pyramids were built for the sole purpose, to serve as burial tombs, for said kings they were named after. Strange since no remains of said kings, have ever been found there. Strange since all past kings of Egypt put their name all over everything they built, but for some reason none of those said kings took credit for the Great Pyramid, or Sphinx at Giza. The most impressive structures in the entire world, and no one took credit. Also there is not one piece of documentation as to their origins. Science claims the monuments at Giza were built 2500 B.C.. however they were never matched in quality , although many pyramid type structures have been built since. Why was such efforts taken, to mark a certain date in their alignment, the year 10,500 B.C., when this is way before the ancient Egyptians lived, or any other culture now on this planet ? If the Sphinx was carved out of limestone in the period of 2500 B.C. when science claims, Egypt was bone dry as it is today. How come it shows weather damage, from heavy rainfall over a long period of time ? This type rainfall stopped falling in Egypt many thousand of years before this, according to climatologist. The temples in front of the Sphinx, contain many blocks estimated to weigh in the range of 200 tons apiece, and no blocks less than 50 tons. Even today with your scientific know how you have no idea, how they moved these 200 ton blocks. And more importantly, why, when using all smaller block would have worked, with far less trouble. At least by today’s standards. These 200 ton blocks, can and have been covered by sand, in the past. In the case of the pyramids, I believe the height of these great monuments is to prevent any possibility of being covered by sand. At least logically this makes sense, if you wanted to insure that this message was never lost. But back to these 200 ton blocks in the temples in front of the Sphinx. Logically if the size had anything to do with defending against the forces of nature, it would have to be, to prevent them from being washed away in some kind of great flood. Which is a problem that the pyramids and Sphinx didn't have to worry about. This simple explanation makes sense, unless you live in a bone dry Egypt of 2500 B.C. In front of the Sphinx between its paws is a large Stella, or (large slab of stone) that was not made at the time of the Sphinx. On this stone it commemorates efforts by the pharaoh Thutmosis IV (1401-1391BC) for clearing all the sand from around the structure. And describes the statue as; The embodiment of great magical power, that existed in this place from the beginning of all time. It would seem to me, that the closer you went back in time toward an event, that science claims took place, the more the people should know about the event. Now here is a pharaoh, that should be well schooled on past pharaohs and their deeds, that lived within a thousand years of the time science claims the Sphinx was built. Yet this pharaoh hasn't got a clue who built the Sphinx. But he did say who didn't build it, he said it wasn't built in the fourth dynasty, but at the beginning of time. The writings of Plato from 428 B.C. are the first to tell the story of Atlantis. The subject is covered in his two works, The Timaeus and The Critias. Plato's account of Atlantis was derived from Solon, a six century B.C. Athenian who reportedly heard the stories from Egyptian priests while visiting Egypt. Plato's description of Atlantis, was of being a center of advanced learning and great knowledge. He claimed their civilization's downfall came when their rich and learned became greedy for more power, lands, and wealth. His description of Atlantis, was a large mountainous island in the Atlantic Ocean, west of the pillars of Hercules. The island was long and narrow, with two long coastlines facing north and south. Their city is described as reaching six miles in any direction. Starting with a smaller ring island, connected by a bridge to a second outer ring island. Also connected by a bridge to the outer largest ring island. In the center of the city, was a temple to Poseidon, the temple's roof was said to be so high, it touched the clouds. In the temple was a gold sculpture of Poseidon at the reins of a chariot, drawn by dolphins and sea nymphs. The city was a place of lush gardens, sparkling fountains, art and achievement. Plato claimed their greed caused their destruction somewhere around 9000 B.C. Although this date doesn't exactly match other opinions, it is definitely somewhere near the ball park. Is it just coincidence, that this myth came from Egypt ? Whenever Atlantis comes up, so does the name, Edgar Cayce a well known psychic who was born in Hopkinsville Kentucky in 1877. He would give psychic readings to his followers, while he was in some sort of trance. These readings would be taken down in shorthand by a secretary, because Cayce claimed to have no recollection of these readings afterwards. Cayce claimed to have lived in another life, as an Atlantean. There are several books available on this subject. Without going into too much detail, this is his claim. Humankind arrived on earth ten million years ago, and ended with the last remnants of Atlantis sinking around 11,000 B.C. Cayce himself claimed to be the reincarnation of their high priest Ra-Ta. His message is that a number of atlanteans, escaped the destruction of their continent, and somehow reached the Nile valley. Cayce claimed that in 10,500 B.C. there was a vast underground repository built containing a library of wisdom from the lost civilization of Atlantis. Cayce claimed in one reading that this library's position lies between the Sphinx and the river. In another reading he went into more detail, claiming there is a passage from the right forepaw of the Sphinx to the entrance of the record chamber. Cayce claimed that the hall of records, would be rediscovered around the close of the twentieth century, possibly 1998 . And was somehow linked to a series of events, that will precede, the second coming of Christ. Cayce also claimed the great pyramid was built between 10,490- through 10,390 B.C.. He claimed that 10,500 B.C. were first attempts, to restore and add to, what had begun and is the Sphinx. So according to Cayce, his people the atlanteans survived the sinking of their continent, and made it to the Nile valley. Somewhere after 11,000 B.C. where the Sphinx was already started and damaged. They repaired and finished the Sphinx, built a underground hall of records, that they believed to be safe, from future flooding. And then built the great pyramids of Giza, as to mark the exact time, and place of these records. All of this was done, to preserve the knowledge, that man had acquired, over ten million years on earth. As I have said, there is truth in all myths, whether you believe this one or not, there is more logic in it, than I have found, in the modern science explanation. At least the first question of science is answered, and that is why. Now back to the present, is it possible the Sphinx was around 12,000 years ago ? Well according to geological evidence, for the Sphinx to have suffered the kind of rain damage it shows, in its present location, it would have to be, at a minimum of 9000 years old. Since the Sphinx is carved out of solid rock, it has been nowhere else. Is there a Hall of Records, below the Sphinx, or a tunnel to the Hall of Records ? In 1977 the US National Science foundation funded a project at Giza. Using SRI which is the Stanford Research Institute (SRI) using techniques as resistively measurements, using metal rods driven into the rock, and passing electrical current, from one to the other, and thermal infrared aerial photography, and other methods. Their results, several anomalies were observed, behind the rear paw ( north west end) indicate an anomaly, that could be a tunnel aligned north-west to south-east. Two other anomalies were noted deep in the rock in front of the paws of the Sphinx. In 1979 Zahi Hawass was excavating 165 feet east of the Sphinx temple and hit solid bedrock at only six feet, However a few months later, while a irrigation specialist, drilling for groundwater less than 100 feet away, had no obstruction for more than fifty feet deep. When his drill bit hit something solid and locked up. While examining their drill bit, they discovered a large piece of Aswan granite. No granite occurs naturally anywhere, in the Nile delta area near Giza. But Aswan is the source of all granite used by the ancient builders of Giza. Which was hauled 500 miles from the south. Something made of granite from 500 miles away, over 50 feet deep in the ground, less than 200 feet away from the Sphinx itself, interesting to say the least. In 1993 in a NBC television documentary, Mystery of the Sphinx presented by actor Charlton Heston, news was given, that Thomas Dobecki had used seismic surveys around the Sphinx, and had discovered a large rectangular chamber, buried deep in the bedrock, beneath its front paws. In October 1995 Dr. Zahi Hawass was supervising the excavation of a newly discovered underground temple complex, with tunnels immediately south-east of the Sphinx. In December 1995 Hawass led a film crew into a tunnel beneath the Sphinx itself. Dr. Hawass comments," We are now inside the Sphinx in this tunnel. This tunnel has never been opened before. No one really knows what's inside this tunnel. But we are going to open it for the first time. Dr. Zahi Hawass, I hope is a true scientist, that will seek the truth. In the past he has shown to be, a true orthodox egyptian in belief. His statements have expressed his disagreement with Cayce more than once. I hope he would release new information to the public as discovered. But what has been found since December 1995 ? It's been eleven years. There is no shame in the truth, if the Egyptians did not build the Giza plateau, so what, they are still a great nation. But the truth is, Hawass is calling the shots, will he hold back information ? The knowledge of ten million years, could be power for good, or power for evil. We shall see... oh yea, Congratulations Mr. Cayce, you were right about the tunnel. |
