This is eclipa, she is the Goddess of the moons. Her dress is made from moon dust, stars and stips of the night sky taken as she visits each different moon. Her job is to make sure the moons are sparkling clean so they shine bright enough to guide nocturnal animals safely through the forests and back to their homes.
