GLOBAL OMNI OUTREACH OF DEMOCRACY:
GOOD GENDER BALANCE in GOVERNMENT RESOURCES
Including PRACTICAL IDEAS ON HOW TO USE THEM

GLOBAL/MULTINATIONAL/INTERNATIONAL RANKING, PERCENT COMPARISON: Browse and familiarize yourself with these informational sites for most important information, and think of how you will offer or HEADLINE the information as quickly as possible to others; i.e. "At a rank of x number, This (these) nation(s) are (among those) leading the world in gender cooperation" or "At a rank of xx, this (these) nation fails to represent a gender of humanity, and can hardly be called whole government".Most experts agree that a gender critical minimum for real government is considered somewhere between 33% and 37.5% as a minimum while 50-50 is the democratic goal; a HEADLINE for a nation whose percentage falls below the minimum could be "x Nation, by not having enough women in office, does not yet meet the human gender critical balance for true and living government".

Most nations have similar sites. US has discontinued previous government sites on women - US women are now under Gender Information Iron Curtain, along with only poorest nations and dominator-male, anti-female dictator nations that still keep harems!). Conduct a few conference calls to a US token level (13%) representative with yourself and an aide from a women representative in a well gender balaned legislature, like Sweden, and France. The long distance charge will cost little, usually under $5.00, but will save your world. Check world clock sites, such as World Clock, and coordinate your calls to avoid time zone problems

OVERCOMING THE GENDER BALANCE and
INFORMATION IRON CURTAIN FOR WOMEN, ESP in US MEDIA

JOURNALISTS AND MEDIA WATCH RESOURCES
The US media has attempted to hide the French Gender Parite story, and other major international women's and gender balance stories, from the American public. Sadly, many women in jouranlism are themselves failing to cover the stories at all or trivializing them, either because of their own low-self esteem as women in a historically male profession, or because they are being threatened to keep quiet by dominator males running the commercial US news organizations. The sitution is now absured and intolerable, and needs cooperative empowerment to tell the truth and news, from gender balance advocates all over the world, telecommuicating their concern together, and in no uncertain terms! More detailed examples are covered in other sections of this website.

Desktop Server 2000 bulk email marketing software, can mail 50,000 emails or more in a hour
available from many vendors listed in search engines, such as http://www.getyoursoftware.com and many others. (note: usually comes with keyword email harvesting software such as Atomic Harvester) Very inexpensive for an organization, many motivated individuals, or a grass roots team of friends to purchase at $299.00. Similar, somewhat less powerful programs are also available from $50-$100, there are many many programs that do this. Finally, even the address book section of most browser software can send out long lists, as well, so you already have what you need right now to reach thousands in a matter of hours.

Volunteer and People Power sites:

Even without buying new software, your own organization probably routinely reaches 1,000 or more women by email and mail. This is the time for critical mass mailing on gender balance news that the commercial, dominator-male media has withheld from the public, such as news about French Parite, the Sit-Ins led by Sonia Gandhi in the Indian Parliament, the situation at the European Union Parliament and Convention, and the fact that the US is the least gender balanced officialdom of wealthy nations, and a lowly 49th among all nations. A sample urgent outreach and manifesto is offered at:
Ask each mail recipient to reach 1,000 more people, by using and mobilizing others to use email addresses, faxes and phone numbers available at WhoWhatWhere or similar directories, of nations, such as the US WhoWhere and similar services in Sweden SwedishWhoWhere, France FrenchWhoWhere and other nations. or just their local phonebook. International fax directories are available and can help you pinpoint places where concerned women and men work, such as libraries, schools, and so on. Examples are www.ezeenetpublishing.com/yellowworld.htm, www.phonenumbers.net, and www.theunitedstatessearch.com/fax.html.

Internet search engines such as AltaVista include simple translations, if needed - i.e. the English, Scandinavians, Dutch, and many others already speak English Reaching our to individuals by phonebook to resist tyranny was the method by which the Danes urgently overcame censorship and propaganda during World War II, and it enabled their non-violent resistance to succeed. You many wish to include a word from a Danish contact, since Danish government is about 40% women and gender balanced; see National Resources listed above. 1,000 X 1,000 reaches 1,000,000. As organizations and motivated grass roots women working from both in and outside the US take on this task, most of the US can be informed within a month. With modern technology, achieving gender balance in literate nations is simply a matter of communication and assisting a global and international groundswell alreadly approaching a peaceful and loving critical mass. Dominator-males would literally have to shut down the Internet and phones to stop it; and even they have already evolved to a point that, in their heart of hearts, they don't want to do that

INTERNATIONAL AND GLOBAL MEN FOR GENDER BALANCE AND DEMOCRACY
Men who understand human dynamics in group decision-making know that only the presence of enough women can protect the rights of decent and democracy-loving men from exploitation by narcissistic, egoistic dominator-males. The alpha-male leadership model is an outmoded one, and is waning, but some nations are still manipulated by such as-yet-unevolved men who have not yet learned that it is more heroic to serve the people first, instead of themselves. Heroic and supportive good men are essential to gaining full women's empowerment, and vice-versa. A men's voices or co-signatures on fax or email for gender balance helps empower it, and makes it easier for all men to seek gender balance because of the good it does for men as husbands, sons, brothers and fathers, laborers, exploited consumers, alienated voters, etc. especially racial or ethnic minority men. Here are some important pro-women men's leaders and sites:

US Government Sites

These sites will put you in touch with US women in local and state governments, and activists who want to bring more women into government but have been kept in the dark US Media, which has been either actively censoring or inadvertently but inexcusably biased in not reporting the epochal stories of gender balance in other countries and continents. For example many may NOT KNOW about 50-50 Gender Parity Recently Attained in France, the US nation's first and oldest ally!

ECONOMICS AND GENDER SITES
Politics and economics will evolve simultaneously. Women and pro-women economics are improving humanity's understanding of how to value its real wealth. But how often have we heard or seen the real and true economic 50-50 told in economics stories that daily fill the media. Do they mention the fact that current, daily reports are lacking estimate of much of women-made and volunteer community wealth and unpaid labor and service? Isn't it time that men and coopted women in media began telling the whole and real economic story? If they don't, their bad math is reporting the wrong figures everyday, and such half-truth feeds into econmic depression, unwise investing and family-work policies, and war economies. Partner with gender balance advocates in other nations to make contacts, then share some conference calls and conjoint emails that tell the often ambitious yet still self-coopted and disempowered token women who have too long been "going along" with the economic myths, distortions and half-truths of their too often bullying bosses of dominant male-controlled economic institutions like the Wall Street Journal, US Federal Reserve Information Offices and World Trade Organizations. Use a global telecommuicatiom approach to let financial news media know, that change in the manner of these reports is OWED AND PAST DUE! Also, make sure that more socially conscious investmen analysts, such as Amy Domini of the Domini Index that consults to many socially responsible investment organizations, that it is time that she and her colleagues put gender balance as one of the most important evaluative criteria regarding the companies they review

US Women's/Reform Organizations

The still disempowered or sometimes inadvertently isolationist Presidents, Directors and Officers of these organiztions need your loving but insistent confrontation to open their mouths, put up the banner headlines on their websites, and stop colluding with the US media which is global when it comes to money and war, but isolationist when it comes to major international developments about women and gender balance in politics. It's time all these groups told their members and people about the attempt of their dominator-male-run media to keep French Gender Parite, a story as important as the fall of Communism and the opening of the Berlin Wall, if not even more important, without one headline, on the backpage or not mentioned at all, and a "secret" kept from the American people. So contact them using international conference calls with you and other gender balance advocates on the line, and conjoint international emails of urgent concern. Call both the organization heads and as many of their members as individuals as possible, urgently. Detailed descriptions of how these US organizations have been dealing with international women's/gender news in their press releases are also available from this website. Most of these groups have US national offices and also many member branch offices and contacts listed at their websites:
