1. Finding Your Inner Center of Power and Balance Centering Yourself
                                       INSTRUCTIONS TO PREPARE FOR MEDITATION  

   
Chose a time you are quiet and alone.
    Play a beautiful soothing music if you have one.
    It is better to do this exercise before eating.
    Reduce the light in the room if you choose to play with your eyes closed.
    You can read it first and then play it within your mind. You can also print this exercise and ask someone to read it calmly aloud to you.
    The following meditation is the first part of a large meditation that is composed of three parts: 1. Finding Your Inner Center of Power and Balance – Centering Yourself
        
2. Becoming Lighter – Releasing Struggle and Pain from Your Life
        
3. Lifting Upward – Becoming One With Your Higherself
    The meditationi is part of Chapter 12 of the
book Becoming an Angel of Creation. This mediation was divided into three parts so you could read and do it by yourself, but it is originally just one meditation. It takes 10-15 minutes to go through all the three parts but it can take as long as you wish too.
   Start by taking a deep breath and calling your higherself’s light and presence. Imagine a beautiful scene of your choice. May be a beach or a mountain lake. Now close your eyes and hold this image in your imagination always breathing  and relaxing.












   

   
With your eyes closed observe the sun, the plants, the air, the wind, the weather, the colors, the birds, the little animals and the beautiful fragrances of this scene. Play with your imagination here for a minute.

   
What have you seen with your imagination? Did you see clear images in your mind as if you were truly there? Or did you get the feelings of this scene, as if you were feeling you were there?

  
Did you get a frozen image of this beautiful scene as you closed your eyes or did the images change? Observe how your mind works.

   
Did you observe just one scene or did you imagine different environments? Did you hold your breath or your breath was calmer?

    
Observe how you are feeling calmer and more centered.
