A WebQuest for 3rd Grade Language Arts
|
|
Target Learners
This
WebQuest is designed for average to high-leveled writers in third grade
to complete independently after the class has covered rules of
capitalization, punctuation, and subject-verb agreement; strong verbs;
focused/on-topic writing; and expository writing.
If students
struggle with any of the steps as they proceed through the WebQuest,
the teacher may want to provide mini-lessons to small groups in order
for the students to experience greater success and enjoyment during the
experience.
In
order to allow all students access to this experience, this WebQuest is
intended as an in-class activity. However, it can be completed
outside
of school if a student has access to the internet elsewhere.
