12. Supplemental Rulings |
Cards Issues: 1. If a player has a combined SOM card then that will be the card our league uses. 2. If there are multiple cards for a player and no combined card. The Commissioner will look for a card in the supplemental files Gary has on his website at http://www.oocities.org/gls84/. If no combined cards are there then the SOM card with the most ABs or IPs will be used. That card must qualify for the league on its own as far as ABs and IPs. 3. If no card can be found and the cards SOM produces each have less than the amount of IP or ABs to qualify, then the player will be ineligible for that season. The owner can reserve that player for the following year if the player qualifies then. If the player continues to qualify and is still not getting cards made for him, the owner may hold him until he does get a valid card. He will only count as part of the 15 man roster in the season before a card is available. 4. All Federal League Players will be eligible for the WRL seasons 1914 and 1915. The card with the most AB will be the one used. . 5. Players who have a relief appearance in a season but are not given a relief rating will be eligible in the WRL as a relief pitcher only if the player was selected before the 1913 and 1963 seasons. . All players drafted 1913 or 1963 or later will require a relief rating to be used and/or reserved |
