I am a Peruvian Mechanical-Electrical Engineer graduated at Universidad Nacional de Ingenieria in 1992 (Lima, Perú). In 2001 I was awarded with a DAAD scholarship by carry out my Ph.D. studies at the Instituto de Energía Eléctrica Instituto de Energía Eléctrica - Universidad Nacional de San Juan (UNSJ) San Juan - Argentina.
I worked at the Service of Maintenance (SEMAN) of the Peruvian Air Force (FAP), and in COES-SINAC as dispatcher and real time system operator of the Peruvian interconnected system.
At the present time I teach the Stability of Electrical Power Systems curse at San Marcos University (UNMSM) and also work like independent consulting engineer in electric power markets.
My research interests area include optimization theory, planning and economics of electric energy
