How We Operate: |
We
follow international trade procedures for the sale of goods, as
established by the International Chambers of Commerce, requiring the
end buyer to issue an appropriate
Letter Of
Intent (LOI) and accompanying
Bank
Comfort Letter (BCL) or
Bank
Reference Letter (BRL), confirming the end buyer's
financial capability to enter into this specific transaction and pay
for it (the BCL and BRL should be on the bank's letterhead, signed
and sealed by the appropriate bank representatives). Upon receiving
this documentation, standard ICC trading norms are followed..
