| It has been our tradition at the Winter Fair to hold a raffle each year. The past two years beautiful quilts were created by the community, raffle tickets were sold by the community, and each year nearly $2,000 was brought in by the raffle alone!
This year we are experimenting with presenting a different item to raffle, to give some variety to the event and to give our quilters a bit of a break! Nicole Marsella has graciously donated a fine antique cabinet from India for us to raffle this year. It is standing by the mural wall on the third floor of the school for all who would like to take a look. An individual ticket price is $5. Three tickets cost $10 and seven tickets (one packet) cost $20. The winner need not be present. There will be a box in the office marked Winter Fair Raffle in which you can place the filled out tickets and money for them. Checks for raffle tickets can be made out to The Waldorf School of Philadelphia. To purchase tickets, email us wspwinterfair@yahoo.com.
