After Ozz-Fest Ozzy did the "Merry Mayham Tour" with Rob Zombie, Soil, Mudvayne, and OneSideZero. Twenty Three days after the tour started Rob Zombie directed Ozzy's "Dreamer" video. On December 23 Ozzy preformed at a World Trade Center benifit concert in New Jersey. Ozzy visted Ground Zero in New York. At the end New York's police and firefighters gave him a steel cross made of steel from the World Trade Center. On March 5 2002 Ozzy and his family hit the unexepcted. The show MTV was filming "The Osbournes" was premiered on MTV. The show was an instand hit. It's extreme curssing and intresting personallity's brought in over 6,000,000 viewers every week! It was MTV's highest rated show ever. The show had Thanksgiving, Christmas, Ozzy breaking his leg on tour, asnd tons of arguements. Sharon, Kelly, Jack, and Ozzy became America's most beloved family. The show and Ozzy's 30 year career got him a Hollywood Walk of Fame Star. He has had two stars, one was with Black Sabbath which he recived in 1993. Ozzy was devastated on July 3, when Sharon announced she had colon cancer. Ozzy even took off time from Ozz-Fest 2002 . Black Sabbath released an album "Past lives" which is a collection of live Sabbath hits. In November the world's favorite family "The Osbournes" second season premired. Sharon, Kelly, and Ozzy didn't really want to do another season. Sharon was exhausted and was dieing from cancer, Kelly didn't wan't camera's around all the time, and Ozzy was still devistated from Sharon's cancer. He would cry in interviews whenever it was mentioned. Ozzy and Sharon renewed thier wedding vows on December 31. 'The Osbournes" got the chance to host the American Music Awards on January 13. A presenter left the show due to the family's offensive langauge. The show today is still a hit. The "I Love You All, But You Are All F***ing Mad" phrase lives on. The constent swearing and arguements live. The show brought on a whole new look on Ozzy (thew one who bit the head off a bat, and two doves, the king if darkness, and heavy metal's biggest face) as a caring family man with humor. Ozzy has recorded with Coal Camhber, Type O Negative, DMX, Crystal Method, ODB, Busta Rhymes, and Rob Zombie.
