After more then five years of single-less albums and shuffling record companys Jimmy Eat World are finally in the music sceane. Jimmy Eat World debuted on with "Bleed American." The song/video, and album had the same name. They were on many rock stations but thier was more to come. In late 2001/early 2002 Jimmy Eat World released "The Middle." The song was massive. It topped almost every rock and pop chart in existance. Record slaes shot up for Jimmy Eat World and "Bleed American" got more airplay on radio and T.V. "The Middle" beat out bands like Nickelback, Puddle Of Mudd, and Default to top rock charts, and Ja Rule, Ashanti, and Tweet to top pop charts. Actually "The Middle" was so big it was still on the charts when they released the third single "Sweeteness," that's six, almost seven months! The third single "Sweetness" is more alternative-rock then "The Middle." The video is full cool special effects. "Sweetness" is now also a hit climbing charts fast. | ||||||||||||||
