Cell Phone for Lefties.. |
I've got a mini mag on top of the driver's door speaker, another one in my console, so I installed my 4D on the hatch. Quite handy, it works as a third hand spot. With the added colored filters ( red, yellow and blue ) it makes a good warning light when pulled off to the side of the road. |
The overhead Map lights tend to blind you when used, so I added a low flex map light. Power is drawn from the Aux. Plug. I just slipped a flat anchor plate behind the existing screw on the side of the radio. ( at the bottom side ) so no new holes were drilled.. It come with both clear and red filters.. either will light up the front nicely. |
Radio Swap |
A bad pic, but I went with Nakamichi head units MB-75 & MB-70 ( 12 CD's in dash ) Great for long trips. Speakers are Boston Acoustics Rally's RC-620 Components for the front, RX-97 for the rear ) 6x9 3way. Speakers were a straight swap, no extra cutting. Good clear sound, great improvement over stock. Still debating adding an amp. |
Gadget Area: Wanted the temperature, so I knocked one up by the map lights. I then updated to the wayfinder.s Click on either Pic for more Details |
I only have one detailed pic of the install, not perfect, but it shows you how/where I anchored it.. the light base itself is mounted on a 2" x 3" approx piece of metal.. and slipped in |
Bike Light |
Another mini light solution. A small LED handlebar bike light to the Oh shit handles. Just for some small illumination, At the same time, it can be snapped off and used elsewhere. |
Couldn't find a good place for my cell phone that was convenient, so I came up with this Click on Pic for more Details |
