| Didn't want to lift the X that much. Their kit is complete so you have all that is needed. Raised the rear end about 1 1/2" from stock, and increased the stiffness overall. At the same time, I removed the rear sway bar and haven't missed it or noticed much of a difference. |
| Calmini AAL's |
| Since I was doing the AAL's, I figured I do the shocks at the same time. Opted for Bilstiens. A little confusing on part numbers I wanted long travel for the rear ordered F4-b46-2126-H0 got F4-B46-2126-H0 reason original order was out of stock and was shipped these instead.. not sure of the exact difference but they work fine. Fronts ordered, B46-1099-H2 valved for the 4x4 got B46-1099-H0 which is 20% stiffer, meant for ARB and winch. Reason > order screw up Although stiffer, maybe the same as the stock shocks within the city, I like them better on the highway. It feels a little more secure and less sway from crosswinds. |
