good enough. Oh and btw italics are flashbacks..sorry forfgot to mention it
last time.
Vada knew that if Vegeta found out she had become a super sayijin before he
did, he'd kill her. She turned on the shower and let the hot spray engulf her
tired body. How had it happened anyway? She had been thinking about everything
from before. Her life before coming to live on Chikyuu or well Earth as
everyone here called it. Vada sighed and shut her eye's. She had fed off of her
emotions. Her anger primarily. That was what super sayijin was, just angry
energy manifesting itself physically. But then why hadn't Vegeta turned yet, he
was the angriest person she'd ever met. Vada opened her eye's again and
frowned. It just didn't make sense. She shut the water off and wrapped a towel
around her small figure. Stepping out she looked in the mirror.
"Hmm. I wonder if I can do it at will." She said softly out loud.
Again Vada thought back to before. This time remembering Namek. She shut her
eye's.
He wasn't a super sayijin?! How could
that be. The realization hit Vada hard. Her great father Vegeta, the prince had
not attained super sayijin ability. Frieza had realized it too. Vegeta looked
at his hands in shock and anguish as reality sunk in and crushed his dream. He
glanced down at Vada as she stared up at him in horror. They both knew what was
going to happen. Frieza chortled.
"Stupid monkey. Don't you know that's just a fairy tale. You will never be
as strong as me!" Frieza yelled and advanced, towards Vada. The girl froze
in place.
"Vada move!" Gohan screamed at her but she wouldn't budge. All of the
fear she had felt towards Frieza came to surface and for the first time she
knew that her father couldn't protect her from him. She shut her eye's and
waited for her punishment. She knew it would be severe. Just as she felt
Frieza's icy grip approaching strong hands grabbed her and lifted her away. She
opened her eye's and saw none other than her prince.
"Thanks Vegeta." She said smiling up at him. He looked down at her
and smirked back.
"Anytime brat."
After that the events were a blur. Vegeta had been beaten within an inch of his
life. then Goku had shown up and Frieza was about to shoot a blast at Vada but
Vegeta had intercpeted it. It had gone straight through his heart. Tears had
welled up inher eye's as he lay on the ground clutching the dirt in agony as he
struggled to tell Goku of his origins about their people. As he begged Kakarot
to take care of her and destroy Frieza Vada had rushed to his side and sobbed.
Vegeta looked up at her with tears rollling down his face.
"I'm sorry...Va...da." He had whispered. Then he died.
The pain ripped through her again and manifested straight to her gut where
it welled up inside and burst open like a dam. She felt it course out of her
into raw power. She opened her eye's to look in the mirror. She was a super
sayijin and she could become one at her own will. Vada's eye's grew wide as she
stared at her reflection. Her nomally purple eye's were a greenish blue tinge.
Her long hair stood straight up and had turned gold. It didn't even look like
her. Deciding to end this before Vegeta sensed her ki she though of something
warm. One of her only fond memories. Gohan. She had lived with Gohan and his
mother Chi-Chi for the year that Vegeta had gone to look for Kakarot in space.
He was her best friend. He was her only friend. Her power decreased and her
appearence returned to normal. Hurridly Vada pulled on her night gown and ran
onto her bed. She buried herself in her covers and tried to sleep. Outside her
window a small red light blinked as her data was recorded. The figure watched
intently and pondered what he had just watched on the screen.
"That child may be of some use to me."
Who is this mysterious figure that's
spying on Vada. And what does he mean of use to him. Catch it in the next
chapter.
