Skins

To replace the buttons on your Messenger, you have to save these buttons onto your computer into a specific folder.

Go to your desktop. Click on My Computer. Go to your C:\ Drive. Go to Program Files. Next, look for the Yahoo! folder and open it. Then open the Messenger folder. Open the folder named skins. This should be your current location:
C:\Program Files\Yahoo!\Messenger\skins

In the folder skins you will see a few folders possibly named custom, default, and games. You are going to make a new folder for each theme you download. For example, you are going to save all the "cats" buttons into a folder called cats, and so on.

To save the buttons, simply Right Click your mouse and select "Save As..." Important: save the file under the exact name it has under it.
