What's Eclectic Got to do With It? | ||||||||||||
Eclectic: Selective, not following any one school of thought; consisting of selections from various sources. |
||||||||||||
Since I assume you've read the other pages leading up to this one, you should have a pretty good idea why I refer to myself as eclectic by now. My faith mixes myths and legends with personal experiences in a way which is unique to me. I am non-conformist and choose to apply what works best for me in all facets of life. I have found bits and pieces of many religions to be to my liking and have adapted them for my worship. I consider my faith to be a blend of several paths and a distinct creation unto itself. I see religion as a lifestyle choice, not just a way to spend my Sundays. I respect other people's right to choose as they will for themselves, and I encourage them to likewise respect my right to choose. My path may not be right to them, but it is right for me. I am always up for conversations about religion, lifestyles, and beliefs, and will answer any e-mails sent to me. I hope my page proves to be informative and enjoyable. Brightest Blessings to all! |
