Episode 1.5 - The Path Not Taken
An arms dealer kidnaps a princess so he can profit from a war between two feuding kingdoms. When Xena pretends to be the Bad Warrior Princess so she can infiltrate his stronghold, she discovers that his lieutenant is her old lover, Marcus. Marcus stops Xena's rescue, but sacrifices himself to save the kidnapped princess.
