Episode 1.1 - Sins of the Past
The Warrior Princess learns that Draco intends to invade her home valley of Amphipolis, and sets off to warn her kinfolk of the attack. Meanwhile, a young bard named Gabrielle desperately wants to travel with Xena, after Xena saves the girl's village from enslavement by Draco. Xena tells Gabrille that she travels alone.
Upon arriving in Amphipolis, Xena realizes that her once loving people will have nothing to do with her, and do not believe that she has changed. In the end, after a fierce duel with Draco, which Xena wins, her people, including her mother, Cyrene, welcome Xena back with open arms. Xena and Gabrielle now set off together for many exciting adventures, and a friendship strong enough to conquer even death.
