Kindred Events
-Lawrence Pacterquin has a blood hunt declared on him following his murder of Prince Damien of Guelph
-Seneschal Drake and Luc Marcelle are faced with hunters; apparently they were trying to kill Ms. Marcelle
-Kintaro assumes Damien's position of Prince, declaring no one as his seneschal

Major News Events
-Police are shutting down the bars downtown with alarming speed; they have also put out warrants for Lawrence Pacterquin's arrest, and want to speak to a Ms. Luc Marcelle
-Someone has won the lottery; but no one has claimed their prize yet!
-Apparently Lucy Young, a close "friend" of the Sleeman family, was seen naked with several friends from high school.  The Sleeman family is shocked, and Lucy is being put through therapy
-Several dozens taxis have been purchased by a private citizen, Jerry Lenix.  He is planning on starting up a new taxi company for drunks on the weekend.

August 10, 2001
Kindred Events
-Chris McLeod has been heard by the Harpy saying that he is concerned that Andrew Bailey may have learned a great deal about vampires through speaking with a host of ghouls in the city.  Mafristo has been ordered to watch the professor.
-Isis is rumoured to have been shot and walked away.  She entered Elysium with a hole in her combat fatigues, and was promptly informed that if the rumours were true, she would be ordered to exile.
-Prince Drake announces that he does not wish the position of Prince or seneschal; he has more pressing matters.  Following his announcement he asks to speak with the Primogen council, who grant his request.

Major News Events
-A half-dozen teenagers vandalise an ambulance after calling in a false report.  The city has announced that each individual that partook in the action, when found, will be fined.
-CUPE is starting to groan about their low wages and are threatening to strike if they do not get a raise that at the very least matches inflation
-Better Beef announces that it will be expanding production in the first quarter of 2002.

August 17, 2001
Kindred Events
-Tina Estraile reveals artwork showing the Malkavian Lawrence Pacterquin sleeping with Victoria Butler.  When Victoria sees that, she leaves Elysium, claiming that this is why she finished protecting her flock.
-Gerald Thistle informs the Primogen council that he will be protecting the warrens, and that it could be dangerous for other clans to enter the depths below the city

Major New Events
-A teacher is charged with molesting a host of young kindergarten children.  The Vice Principle claims that, while she was aware of the teacher's actions, she thought that the therapy he was undergoing would reduce his tendencies.
-The media has begun to characterise several teenagers as Satan worshippers.  The teens are reportedly members of a Dungeons and Dragons game.
-A middle-aged man is arrested at work for dressing up in inappropriate clothes; he was dressed in drag.

August 24, 2001
Kindred Events
-A host of Kindred have passed through the city, all claiming to be on their way towards Toronto.  They have all proven to be members of the Camarilla, and are believed to be aiding members trapped in the Box.
Isis has sighted a large wolf.  She claims to have never seen such a large creature, and then assures the Kindred that the chances of it being one of the mythical werewolves are minor.

Major News Events
-A small two-seat plane crashed while coming into Guelph airport.  It has been dismissed as simply a horrible accident.
-Computer games are a sensation this month.  Local stores are reporting that they have sold more than three times the normal amount of games in the past few weeks.
-The Trinity United Church has begun to renovate the home of God; they have recently received money from a federal grant.

August 31
Kindred Events
-A small fire breaks out in a bar downtown.  Sabrina McLean was there, and nearly frenzied. 
-Several cows have been found dead with their blood drained.  While humans are confused, Kindred in the city are looking for the violator of the Masquerade.  The Gangrel are being blamed.

Major News Events
-The University of Guelph is preparing for the influx of new students.  Sources close to the administration claim that the University is not prepared for the onslaught of students.
-The Provincial Government has passed a bill that will permit it to place students that fail to repay their OSAP in prison for 2-4 years.
