Kindred Events
-Victoria Butler has been seen dancing in the nude in a private dance school.  The other Kindred only learned of this when printed pictures were left behind in Elysium, along with the URL to the voyeurs website.
-The parking lot that containing the Elysium attendees vehicles suffered from vandalism.  Several vehicles were damaged, resulting in thousands of dollars in damages.  Several of the Kindred are complaining that Mafristo wasn't doing his job; if he had been, their property wouldn't have been harmed.

Major News Events
-Police have begun to crack down on vandals.  This week alone they have charged over 70 people with vandalism, and have handed out thousands of dollars in fines.  Police are simply saying that they have decided that it is now time to crack down on these sorts of offences.
-The new hospital in the Willow area has suffered a bit of a set back.  A worker was drunk on the job and caused major damage to a support beam with his bulldozer.  He is being charged, but it is believed this will delay the opening of the hospital to late 2003.

Kindred Events
-Ms. Butler, upon entering Elysium, attacked Tina Estraile.  Victoria claims that it was Tina who was behind the photographs of her, and that it was an attempt to damage Victoria's reputation.  Tina, of course, denied this, which led to Victoria attacking Tina.  It is expected that Tina will leave torpor soon.  Ms. Butler has been severely reprimanded, and now owes a major boon to the sheriff and a life boon to Tina.
-The SPCA's increased funding has resulted in some...interesting result.  They apparently went into the area that Isis resides in, and in the process attempted to capture her while she was in her animal form.  This was related to the Kindred via a ghoul of hers, Ms. Alexis Mao.  The ghoul, created without the permission of the Primogen, has been eliminated.

Major News Events
-Guelph is celebrating the life of John Galt. The mayor has declared the in one-month's time celebrations will sweep through the city, promoting Guelph's community spirit.
-Car thieves are becoming a major concern in Guelph.  Over thirty cars have been stolen this week alone, all of which are expensive luxury sedans.  While the police are trying to look into the crimes, there is a limited budget and only so many crimes that can be investigated in a day, and these kinds of crimes do not receive too much of their time.

-Nicholas Savich announces that Calysto has officially left the city on clan business.  He does not expect that she will return in the near future.
