November 3, 2001 Kindred Events -Finbar McCann leaves his position of Primogen of the Brujah clan to adopt the title of scourge. Katie Hall assumes Finbar's old station. -The Primogen council assures members of the city that Finbar will be carefully monitored in his activities. Major News Events -There is a vigilante on the loose. Over six drug dealers have been killed in the past week. Police are on the lookout for a tall man, believed to be in his 30s, with a like of firearms. -Mai Yeyon has been sighted in Guelph. She is a well-known hustler, and is supposed to be setting up some sort of circle in the city. -Several policemen have been thrown off the force for police brutality. The police chief is apologising to all those who have been harmed. November 10, 2001 Kindred Events -A caitiff has been found by Finbar McCann, though the clanless waste escaped. He lost the man in the crowds of downtown when the bars let out. -A host of cattle have been found dead on a farm on the outskirts of the city. While the police have been calmed, the SPCA is still investigating. The scourge and sheriff have been told that they are to find the perpetrator. Major News Events -Several cattle have been found dead on a farm. While police were initially investigating, they gave the investigation to the SPCA. -A survey was done in Guelph; it seems as though 32% of the population is below the poverty rate. Council has agreed that this should be considered when authorising the construction of new homes. -A MacDonalds has been robbed. While not typically newsworthy, this robbery resulted in the rape of a pair of women working there late at night. Management decided to place women on the night shift recently to cut down on costs. November 17, 2001 Kindred Events -Mr. Thistle has warned local Kindred that they should ensure that their birth certificates and such are suitably up-to-date. He is willing to perform such actions for mere boons. -The Kindred of Hamilton have begun to make motions towards Kitchener-Waterloo. A member of the Sabbat was recently spotted watching the local Elysium. After being detained and "re-adjusted" he was sent back to his fellows. Major News Events -The International House of Tail has announced that it will be able to bring in talent from across the world following successful negotiations with several other large strip clubs. -A group of Star Wars fans have lined up at the Silver City. They are anxiously awaiting the newest masterpiece by Lucas. -A major car crash took place on the Hanlon. Three people died, and several have been placed in hospital. One car, strangely enough, was found empty; there was no driver with the car. November 24, 2001 Kindred Events -Two members of the Brujah clan have passed through the city on their way to the Box. They are planning on aiding the elders there, in hopes of gaining boons for purposes unknown. -Nicholas Savich has mentioned that a pair of spirits seem to be loose in the city; they have been causing some mischief in the city, but nothing exceptional. Major News Events -Cameras have been placed on all city buses following a particularly brutal attack on a bus driver. -The parking garage downtown has been damaged after a pair of pipe bombs were set off. Several thousand dollars in damages were reported. -Over ten thousand dollars has been donated to the local policeman's charity. The police are planning on using the money to purchase some new vehicles. |
