| Clan Ventrue |
| Clan Venrue, also known as the Blue Bloods, are the ruling class of the Camarilla. One of the eldest of the clan, Hardestadt, is credited with the founding of the massive sect itself, though this is primarily asserted by the aritocratic clans. They are a clan that has waged shadow war against the Brujah for decades, ever since the fall of Carthage (and some claim the enimity between the clans euruoted prior to that occurance). The Ventrue, as a whole, have more Princes than any other clan. They are also reputed with setting the most rules and regulations when the Convention of Thorns was held in Thorns centuries ago. Their participation in the Camarilla is second to none; they are the bastion that maintains the Six clans against the raging hordes of the Sabbat. They are the valient powers that utilze all manners of human influence first and foremst to combat the dagers that threaten the Camarilla.....so long as the Ventrue exist, the Camarilla shall stand. |
