| Summary: Jenny loses her language disc, and she's only capable of speaking Japanese. How can she save the world when no one understands her? | Stuff I Noticed: *In the very beginning, during the Japan scene, there's a sign that says Cafe and one that says Super Taste then one that says Lip, Air and Nice Place. *While Tremerton is on fire, you can see the following signs, Roys, Taste and Pipe & Flo. *The fire truck just says Fire on it. *When Mrs. Wakeman is examining Jenny to see what's wrong, and she uses that thing showing an outline of Jenny's body, it was first shown in It Came From Next Door. *How did Mrs.Wakeman program Japanese into Jenny if she doesn't understand it? *Jenny says a Japanese swear word: shimatta. *The chances that the same girl in Japan that got Jenny's language disc actually found Jenny in America, I believe, are very slim. I know that you knew this, but I had to say something. |
| My Rating and Review: Japanese! That's so cool, because, in my opinion, the show looks a little bit like an anime. This show is pretty much a cross between Invader Zim, anime and Kim Possible. I don't know why I say Kim Possible, just because she's a teenage girl saving the world, and yeah. Or maybe it's sort of like the PowerPuff Girls, never mind. I speak partial Japanese, and this episode really showed that MLAATR is good with several cultures. People all around the world love this show. I know several people from other countries who watch the show. This is great that the show is now using other culture references. Deja vu...I give this a B+. I like it. |
