You must choose to take her quest by visiting her on TERROR MOUNTAIN. If you want to venture out in the cold to find the items she needs to complete her spell she will reward you most generously. She may ask you for cheap items like candy or outragously expensive items. Her rewards are equally random. If she asks for cheap items then do it. You can always refuse her quest and try again later.
