How do you get a Krawk?

Make sure you do not have 4 neopets. Attach a Krawk petpet to one of your neopets. Go to your pets status page and click on Krawk and give it a name. Go HERE. You will be given an option to feed your Krawk a special fungus. When your Krawk petpet eats the fungus it will change into a pet.

How do you get a Draik?

Make sure you do not have 4 neopets. Buy a Draik egg at MERIFOODS or at other shops, the auction or trading post. Then go to the DRAIK NEST.
