Announcements Results are posted.  Click on the link to the left. 9/11/03 - PLEASE CLICK HERE TO READ OUR UPDATED JVLD POLICY 9/11/03 - All congress legislation can be found on-line at www.bqcfl.org/yale2003.htm. The site will be continuously updated as new legislation comes in, so be sure to check it frequently. 8/22/03 - The Extemporaneous Speaking topic areas for this year will be: domestic politics, economics and finance, international treaties and organizations, Europe and Asia, the Americas and Africa, US International relations, and wild card. The order in which the areas appear will be randomized with an eye towards making sure that both preliminary rounds and elimination round have a fair balance of DX and FX areas.
