If anyone has info they want added, I will supply a free page designed by either myself or zandalee, no strings attached. I want this to become a launching pad for the Yearouts to get together, after all we are all are kin since Yearout/Jahraus is such an uncommon name.
If you have a problem locating your Yearout link, let us know, we can help.   We have cemetery, burial, census and family records on a good many folks.  It is always great to meet a Yearout  and be able to  link.

UPDATE/December 2005:  Have just discovered that the script listing all the names on this site is only working  down to Charles Yearout, leaving out other names in alpha after.  Will leave the script for now but have to determine another way of listing families.  Please excuse this factor.  I  will try to have this remedied within the next week, so if you do not see your link, please return.  I may possibly have to resort to a listing of pages.  There are too many names to list each separately with a link.  Will also be overhauling the entire site for the remainder of the year to ensure faster loading.

Our  own Yearout link was hidden and covered up by family.  When Mr. Glenn Alvin Yearout wrote his book on the Yearout's, he was given misinformation.  Only through countless e-mails, snail mails and a lot of trips to Tennessee poring over library and historical information, was Elizabeth able to determine where we actually fit on.  Many continue to list this misinformation via www on websites, even though she has provided webowners with death, birth, burial, census and obituary records.  True genealogy should remain as such.  There is no gain in simply listing a bunch of names.  Speaking for myself and the cousins, it hurts to know that according to countless "genealogists" that you simply don't exist.  Our link is here:                         And, Yes, truth is more interesting then fiction.

Elizabeth (Zandalee) has stated that she needs to turn some of these names over to my site, thus we will no longer share the same index, though we will still link internally.  The link to my cousin's page:
YES, this is really us, probably at our worse.  We have all lost weight and we all dress out pretty darn good., except when we are delivering a tombstone
We all look forward to hearing from our kin, no matter how distant in miles or blood you may be.  Please write.
So............... who are these cousins???
Advice for anyone who wants to delve into the past of long dead relative:  Regardless of what you may find, BE PROUD OF WHO YOU ARE.  This is what shaped you into the person you are today.
YEAROUT WISH LIST:
1. To locate living kin of Uncle Lem.
2. To locate living kin of uncle Cal, who did not use the Yearout surname.
3. To have the research of our family accepted.
