SOME IMPORTANT FACTS ABOUT THE YOUNG MARINES!!
We are not a paramilitary group.
We do not teach weaponry or carry weapons
We are not a military recruiting station for any branches of the armed services
We are self funded, using car washes and raffles to support our Young Marines needs.
We have seasonal camp outs that range from 2 to 7 days in length.

Donations are acceptable and welcomed.

School:

Classroom instruction teaches the value of truthfulness fairness, respect, courage, attention to duty, and love of God and Country. School progress is monitored by the instructors and grades are incorporated into the merit and promotion part of the Young Marines. Physical fitness is developed in outdoor activities such as, competitive sports, hiking, compass marches, and wilderness survival training.

We use military rank structure, ribbons, citations for achievement and strict duty assignments.

The Young Marines must be neat, clean and have a haircut in the tradition of the young Marines. They must also shine their own shoes and boots, press their uniforms and polish their brass. They are to achieve in school and perform extra chores at home.

Visitors are Welcome!

We are looking for a few good kids, between 8 and 18, who want to learn the responsibilities of citizenship, self-discipline, physical fitness, leadership, courtesy, teamwork, and personal pride.
