Welcome to Yoga Heaven. Classes in Kundalini Yoga and
Meditation are available at all
levels of experience. Workshops in special areas of yogic wisdom are
periodically given. We also offer a wide selection of books, music and yoga gear. Mostly, we
offer a sense of home and community to all who enter our door. Sat Nam.
Mission
Our mission is to uplift every man, woman and child who walks through our
door, so that all can attain their true heart's desire: to be Healthy, Happy
and Holy. We will do this by sharing the ancient teachings of Kundalini
Yoga as true to the tradition as is humanly possible, with love, compassion
and integrity.
