I'm originally from Connecticut but now I live in Mass, USA
- Art Background:
I'm relatively new at art, but I have done some logo design
and such. But I'm not a big fan of it, I prefer Illustration^^
I'm still in school so I haven't done too much yet^^;
- Education:
Well I've had the privalage of learning
from some very tallented artists who have helped me a lot
and I'm fortunate that my high school art education is better
than most. But either way I self taught myself a lot, in particular
manga. I've also taken a few college art courses but they
were more computer courses than anything but at least now
I know how to use photoshop^__-
- How long I've been drawing:
Well I've been drawing anime for about
2½ years but I took my first art course only 2 years
ago, which is why I say I'm fairly new at art^^
- How I got started:
I started drawing anime by accident....
actually I didn't even know what it was^^; I drew a picture
one day during class and everyone was like "that looks
like Sailor Moon!" (which of course it didn't, but hey,
to a lot of people all of anime characters look like Sailor
Moon) At the time I didn't know what they were talking about
because I'd never heard of it... then my sister got me watching
the show and I've been hooked ever since^^ My first comic
book I read was Sailor moon too^^
- Where I plan to go:
Well as of now since comics aren't as
big in the US as they are other places... I plan to do it
on the side. Actually I want to be an art teacher for high
school. Which is why I created a neighboring site with a good
friend of mine the Online Manga University, you can find the
link on the main page^^ I love making comics and I'm kind
of hoping it will take off^^ I really enjoy the comic I'm
doing now and I hope to continue it for as long as it lets
me^^
- Anime Influences:
Their are two mangas that I think have influenced my work:
RANMA½ and Fushigi Yuugi... I love them both^^
- Fave Anime:
Fushigi Yuugi, I fell in love with it the first time I saw
it ^_______^
- Fave Manga:
RANMA½ and Maison Ikkoku... I also love Ah! My Goddess!^^
- Fave American Comic:
Just Who the hell is SHE Anyway? by
Marisa Acocella.... it's not like all of the other American
comics.... it's more like a manga^^
- I'm also a huge fan of Calvin
and Hobbes by Bill Watterson
- Fave food:
Broccoli and Cheese ^_______________^

- Fave music: I
like just about everything except country and rap.... that
stuff doesn't do it for me^^ But I like to listen to swing
or opera when I draw^^
