| All official Neopian shops (not player's own shops) restock 11 times an hour. If you go to a shop, try going back in a few minutes time and there should be items. Sadly we cannot tell you exactly what times the shops restock as there would be thousands of people all trying to buy items as soon as they restock. We found out the restock times. Look below:) |
